Bitcoin Exchange Trading Volumes Hit All-Time High -  Exchange trading volumes are at an all-time high even as the bitcoin price closes in on a 52-week peak. The busiest day for bitcoin exchanges ever was recorded on 26th November, according to data provider Bitcoinity. Some 2.86 million in bitcoin was traded that day across all exchanges indexed by Bitcoinity.
