Social tipping service ChangeTip has announced a new "decentralised" wallet service, citing demand from the bitcoin community. Called ChangeTip Wallet, the service lets customers more easily use the platform's social media integrations to send bitcoin, while gaining additional control over their account and funds.

Finland-based bitcoin broker Prasos has acquired local bitcoin exchange Coinmotion to add to its range of services. The acquisition by Prasos – which operates a bitcoin exchange called Bittiraha.fi, as well as a bitcoin ATM network in Finland – follows a trend of exchange consolidation over the past year.
