Russia's Central Bank to Study Blockchain Tech -  The Bank of Russia has revealed plans to "analyse and evaluate" the potential of blockchain technology. To this end, the central bank said it has created a working group that will provide analysis of "advanced technologies and innovations in the financial market", with a priority being distributed ledgers.
