Commonwealth Pushes Member Countries to Declare Bitcoin Legal -  The Commonwealth has released a new report that calls on its 53 member countries to speak out on the legality of bitcoin. More than a year in the making, the report provides a comprehensive overview of the technology, while recommending the adjustments these states should make to their laws to accommodate its use.
