MMM Global Review
MMM Global: it’s part social network, part revolution, part dogma and only possibly part income-generating platform as well. What is it really? Hard to tell from first glance, so I dug around a little and here’s what I found.
The Company
First and foremost, MMM wants its website visitors to know that they are all about changing the world. There’s some pretty heavy-handed theorizing going on over at MMM, as you’re about to find out. In their eyes…
…we live in a slave society, and money means nothing. Our chains are the financial (banking) system and the slave masters are those who print the money.
Money isn’t important, they say, because there’s MMM which acts like a money box. You can take money from MMM at any time so why worry about saving, or about money in general?
They call it a “global mutual aid fund”, from which millions of people own the money collectively. They call it “World people’s Bank, Financial Social Network”.
Hmmm….all this sounds very communist. Seriously, this thing is described in language that’s so thick with propaganda and ideology it’s to believe it comes from anywhere but China. However, I couldn’t tell.
A Little Extra About the Company
Here is a choice quote from the website, just to give you the flavor of this operation:
“The only thing that MMM demands from its participants is to be honest and kind to each other. You ask for financial help when you need it, you give financial help when you are able to do it.”
The Product
There’s no MLM here, and no “product” per se. The idea is that you begin with an initial investment, then capitalize on that in the future. The Current Aid Program is described as having a growth rate of 30% per month. In mavros. But at a different place on the website, it’s clearly stated that all transactions take place in BitCoins.
So, you invest real money and it grows in mavros.
I looked up “mavro” and it’s Greek slang for “ugly dark people”.
But apparently that’s the term MMM Global uses for how your initial investment grows. As in “grow your mavros”. Your mavros total up to the amount you can ask to withdraw from MMM in the future. Here’s more from the MMM Global website:
They also make a big deal about using the term “donate” instead of “invest”. Oops, my bad I should have used the right word earlier. And the “donation” is all wrapped up in the language of the strange ideology of living in a world where we all help each other out of the goodness of our own hearts.
What world are these people living in? Do they expect us to believe this stuff? Sorry, I don’t usually get quite so emotional with these reviews, but this nonsense kind of takes the cake.
The Opportunity
The business opportunity is for a gullible person to sign up and lose money by “donating” real money and getting “ugly dark people” back in return. I can’t think of a worse plan for generating income. It’s like Bizarro World: lose money instead of make money!
The Verdict
Let’s start with the fact that this company chose to use a word in its operations that to much of the world implies a horrible racial slur.
The people who run MMM Global are either living in a bubble or I missed a very important page on their website…the one where they explain what the heck “mavros” are. It’s important not just for language sake, but also because mavros are the supposed benefit of joining this outfit! How could they be any worse at explaining their company?
Perhaps this is a Lending Club sort of setup?
All I can gather is that MMM is a pyramid scheme of the worst kind. Please if I’m wrong someone educate me, because I was unable to extract much clear information from the company website.
